Our customers will ensure annual trouble free functions of all programs produced by CISS Software Oy by signing an CISS maintenance agreement. In addition, our customer will have access to top expertise and long experience of our support personnel.

The maintenance agreement covers all programs MicroStation / Autocad Add-ons and CISS programs, including support and new versions during the period. The agreement covers telephone, Internet or email support during business hours in normal business days.

It is possible to extend the maintenance agreement to cover also the work done in the customer´s premises and MicroStation support.

The agreement can be modified according to the customer´s special needs and expectations.
The agreement will be the best protection for trouble free function, now and in the future.
