Our goal is to provide our customers with the best security for the smooth operation of our software now and in the future.

Maintenance contract

  • We ensure trouble-free operation of our software throughout the year. You will have the top expertise and long experience of our support staff at your disposal.
  • Our maintenance contract covers the support and newest versions for all our MS applications and addons (for MicroStation) and CISS programs throughout the contract period.
  • The contract can be extended to include for example MicroStation support.
  • In regards of the nature and scope of the services, the contract can be modified to meet the customer’s special needs and expectations.

Customer support

  • Our customer support is available from Monday to Friday at 8 am – 4pm (UTC+2)

  • Remote meetings via TeamViewer can also be arranged.
